Selection Chart
Colorimetric Developer 290: It helps to locate the exact position of leak by color change when comes in contact with water or any other polar liquid & gases. Excellent contrast is provided within the products which makes it suitable to use on any surface. Being non reactive, this product can be used on all metals, glass, ceramics & plastics.
3 in 1 Leak Detector DLC: It helps to locate exact position of leak by color change. It also locates surface flaws as in case of visible as well as fluorescent Penetrant testing thus carrying 3 tests in one operation. Product is neutral to any metal, glass, ceramics and plastics.
Leak Detector BBL: This Solvent when applied helps to detect minute leakage of gases by Bubble Technique. It is widely used for all types of tank and piping systems. Unlike ordinary soap liquids, this product is non ionic and neutral. Hence does not affect any of the metal and plastic. Extremely low halogen & sulphur makes the product suitable for special alloy steels containing Nickel, Titanium etc.
Leak Detector Fluo: It is highly suitable for very large size cooling water tanks. It is supplied as fine powder and is added in extremely small proportion to water in cooling tanks (approx 1to 2 gm per 1000 litres of water). Hence it is very economical, reliable & suitable to test large tanks of very high capacities. It also detects micro leaks by showing bright fluorescence at the location of leak when subjected to UV (Black) Light. |

Carrier Liquid SP: Petroleum oil base carrier liquid with 92°C flash point. It is suitable for wet Magnetic Particle Testing. It is Odorless and operator friendly.
Water Conditioner (WA-29): Supplied as powder and contains wetting, anti-foaming, anti corrosive and water softeners pre blended. Recommended 10gms per litre of water when used with Green Dust 88K to make it suitable for suspension in water. |
